Episode 28: The Real Impact of Taking Up Space

It's so important we find our space. When we love what we do and acknowledge our dreams and ambitions, that space is uniquely ours. And the impact of us standing in our space, has impact beyond just us.

True to style, it's totally early days in stuff I'm figuring out, but I want to share my observations of my peers and mindset shifts about what could be next for me in my business. A company, not just a business. With a different kind of structure that is going to pay their people well, that is not going to measure everybody just on their output. That’s going to allow different ways of working.
